1. Agreement

These terms apply to your use of OnlineToolsz and its free online tools. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. The service

OnlineToolsz provides free utilities for working with PDF files, QR codes and text to speech. Most tools run in your browser; some features use a server, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may add, change or remove tools at any time, and the service may occasionally be unavailable.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website to:

• process, copy or distribute content you do not have the right to use, or infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or privacy;
• create or share illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or harmful material, including QR codes that lead to phishing or malware;
• overload, scrape, attack or interfere with the website or try to bypass its limits;
• break any law or regulation that applies to you.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the files and text you use with the tools. You are responsible for making sure you are allowed to process them and for checking the results before you rely on them, especially OCR output, converted documents and generated audio. Keep a copy of your original files.

5. Our content

The website design, text, guides and graphics belong to OnlineToolsz or its licensors. You may link to our pages and quote short passages with attribution. Audio you generate with the text to speech tool and QR codes you create are yours to use, subject to the rights in the text or links you put into them.

6. Third-party services

Some features rely on third-party services (for example document conversion, hosting, analytics and advertising). Their own terms apply to their part of the service.

7. No warranty

The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", free of charge and without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep them accurate and working, but we do not guarantee that results will be error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, OnlineToolsz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from the use of or inability to use the website.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
